Your appointments are very important to our team at Copacabana Beauty Center. We ask that all current and new clients provide a credit card number upon booking, which will be stored in a secure, encrypted file. You may provide this information at the time of booking or in person at least 3 days prior to your appointment date. Our guest advisors will be available to assist you with this process.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show
Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We understand that unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments may be necessary, and we will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least 2 days’ notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.

When you cancel without at least 2 days’ notice, your stylist or esthetician loses the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive services.

If you do not cancel or reschedule within 2 days, or if you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. Fees are payable even if no card is on file.

We reserve the right to deny appointments to clients who repeatedly cancel or “no-show.”

Change of Service After Consultation
Any changes to agreed-upon services must be communicated before the service begins. We will do our best to accommodate, but significant changes may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel midway through a service, please inform your stylist immediately. A partial service fee may apply.

Change of Mind After Payment and Completion
Once payment is made and the service is completed, any additional services or requests due to a change of mind will be considered new appointments and subject to standard pricing.

Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be canceled and rebooked for a future date, and cancellation fees may apply. Same-day accommodation is at the stylist’s discretion and subject to availability. A $20 late fee may also apply.

Guests Under 16
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their services.
